In Ahmedabad, a night long hearing at SJ Brahambhatt Metropolitan Megistrate’s residence in Shahibaug area granted 7 days remand upto November 1 of Patidar leader Hardik Patel to the Ahmedabad Crime Branch in connection with a sensational sedition case filed in Ahmedabad. JS Gedam. Investigating Officer of Ahmedabad Crime Branch produced Hardik before the magistrate late last night and wanted 14 days remand to interrogate on over a 12 issues including the inquiry about the registration of the Patidar Anamat Aandolan Samiti (PAAS), the outfit spearheading the Patel reservation agitation. The crime branch also said that it wanted to find details on the financial support for various activities of the outfit including its 127 rallies all over the state since July this year.
