Lord Jagannath Temple security beefed up ahead of Rath Yatra in Ahmedabad

This time in Ahmedabad city, for the first time in history Lord Jagannath’s 143rd Rath Yatra will not be taken out due to Covid-19 pandemic. Today evening. Gujarat High Court has issued stay on Rath Yatra procession in Ahmedabad.

Bomb squad has reached the temple. The squad will have close monitoring around temple.

Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani will visit temple to offer prayers.

Today state home minister Pradipsinh Jadeja offered prayers in the temple.

On 23rd June 143rd Rath Yatra will not have accompaniment of troupes, tableau trucks, and big crowd of devotees.
