Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority AUDA last date to collect application forms for housing under EWS Economically Weaker Section was till 26 November 2018. Due to Diwali vacation last date to collect the forms has been extended by AUDA till 10 December 2018.
At Plot number 250 of TP scheme no 3 in Bopal area, 210 houses under LIG Lower Middle Income Group will be built, for which 48,000 applications have been received. Date to return forms under LIG is not extended.
Last date till 10 December 2018 for collecting application forms from AUDA has been extended for 847 housing units under EWS Economically Weaker Section comprising of 245 housing units in Bopal, 266 housing units in Bhat, 266 housing units in Koteshwar, 266 housing units in Amiyapur.
Filled application forms can be submitted till 21 December 2018 in private banks.
For AUDA houses in Bopal under LIG and EWS will be built at an expense of Rs 27.60 crores, in Bhat at an expense of Rs 25.67 crores, in Koteshwar at an expense of Rs 7.52 crores and in Amiyapur at an expense of Rs 23.30 crores.
Application fees of Rs 100 and Rs 7500 to be paid as a deposit. For 40 sq yard housing expense of Rs 6 lakhs is earmarked.
All housing colonies will be ready by 2021.
