In Surat Triple murder case, based on CCTV footage name of one lady lawyer Komal Goyani has come up. It is also said that Komal has links with Congress. On Sunday night Komal and her 3 aides have been arrested.
It is learnt that land broker Balu Hirani’s land in Amreli had some issues which matter Komal had taken up to resolve. Due to good terms with Bagasra Mamlatdar all issues were resolved by her at a handsome price of Rs 50 lakhs. On behalf of Komal, money recovery was done by her father ganesh and brother Gautam Goyani. Saturday they had gone to Sayan to meet Balu Hirani, who had switched off the phone. Angry Gautam had then attacked 3 people.
On Saturday at 9 pm in financer Balu Hirani’s office incident of triple murder took place. At that time Balu Hirani, Pravin Togadia’s cousin and Ashok Patel were present in the office who were stabbed to the death.
On Sunday Komal was to go to Kamrej to give money to her father and brother based on this clue, police had setup a watch and she was arrested on Sunday night. Also CCTV footage were found.
Komal has good contacts in Taluka Panchayat office. She was given ticket during Taluka Panchayat elections by Congress on Navagam in Kamrej district on which she could not win. However, she had developed good friendship with Bagasara Mamlatdar , who had started giving her liasoning work. Balu Hirani had assigned land issue resolving of his mavjinjva land to Komal. She was keeping her image clean by appearing as a lawyer and had assigned work of money recovery of land deals to her father and brother, as per sources.
