Today one more accused Bharat Darji allegedly involved in Naliya gang rape was arrested.
In Naliya of Kutch, with the help of an NGO gang rape case has been exposed. Victim filed complaint with the help of PIAC and CPC. Henri Chacko of NGO informed that it was a well planed sex racket in which not only but 46 girls were victimized. Victim girl was many time humiliated and sent back. It is the racket running under soft eye and nexus between police and politicians.
LCB PI Police Inspector JM Aal had held a press conference. Victim girl is in Mumbai under police protection.
FIR against 10 persons have been lodged. 3 persons including Ashwin from Vadoadara and Vinod and Chetan have been arrested from Mumbai. They will be sent for medical examination and remand to investigate will be demanded from the court.
4 BJP members have been suspended in the case.
65 people are said to have involved in the case.
