It is learnt that 30 painters and sculptors from across India would participate in Live Art Festival in Kutch of Gujarat.
Rann Utsav festival is celebrated in Gujarat during Nov 1, 2016 to Feb 20, 2017.
The festival is hosted by Gujarat Tourism, as an annual event and effort toward tourism promotion in the state.
