Today morning in an encounter between the security forces and militants in a residential area of Hanjan village in Bandipora district of north Kashmir. Two terrorists holed up inside a residential area were killed. Two AK-47 rifles,  arms and ammunition have been recovered from the killed militants.

New currency notes of Rs 2,000 have been recovered from the Lashkar militants killed in Bandipora.
