Kartik Aaryan & Diana Penty launch first H&M Store in Ahmedabad
- Young Bollywood stars, Karthik Aaryan and Diana Penty joined in for the grand opening of H&M’s debut store in Ahmedabad at Iscon Emporio.
- Over 800 enthusiastic shoppers and fashionistas queued up to explore the new collection in store.
Ahmedabad, 18 May 2018, “It’s been a very special evening for me and it feels fantastic to be at the new H&M Store in Ahmedabad!” Fashion lovers in the city will be spoilt for choice with the inspiring collections in store.” explained Kartik Aaryan, who was seen in a printed T shirt paired with a shirt, from H&M Man’s latest summer collection.
Diana, who was wearing an H&M Ladies Frill Blouse paired with printed trousers ““The opening of H&M’s Ahmedabad rstore was incredibly fun! I love H&M’s exciting and affordable fashion- you can always find pieces that are reflective of your personal style.”
Kick-starting the launch day were DJ spin-offs and exciting on-the-spot dance and fashion contests for those in the queue. The energy took to another level when the store staff and customers got to shake a leg with Karthik & Diana. Janne Einola, Country Manager, Area Manager Mikko Alatalo, and Store Manager Poorti Nevgi cut the red ribbon to welcome customers inside. The first three fashionistas received gift cards worth Rs. 10,000, Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 5,000 respectively, while the next 200 in queue received gift cards worth Rs. 500 each.

The new H&M location, spread over 15,500 sq.ft and three floors carry a complete range of fashion and accessories for women, men, and children with new items arriving in the store daily. The store will continue to feature H&M’s Garment Collecting initiative, where customers can donate their used clothes towards recycling and get a discount voucher to use for their next purchase at H&M.
