Kalorex Group to host a Virtual National Conclave on Hybrid Work Culture– Vision 2025

Industry / Corporate stakeholders from various sectors to participate

Ahmedabad, July 1, 2021: The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about a paradigm shift in work culture across the globe with remote working taking the center stage. As disruptions are  taking place across sectors, it is imperative to bring together common stakeholders from varied fields to share the industry practices and with this thought, Kalorex Group is set to host a virtual National Level HR Conclave on ‘Hybrid Work Culture – Vision 2025’. The conclave will be held online on July 3rd– Saturday, from 11.00 am to 01.30 pm.

Eminent experts from various fields will share their thoughts about the changing work environment after the Covid19 pandemic, the challenges encountered and how different industries are addressing them. The special addresses of the conclave will be delivered by Dr. Manjula Pooja Shroff, MD & CEO, Kalorex Group.

The conclave will see robust participation from senior management executives, who would discuss various imminent changes coming about in the work culture and what their impact will be in the coming future.

According to Dr. Shroff, “It is important to come together over such forums and learn and adopt the best practices followed and introduced in various industries. We have always established connections of the education industry with all other sectors and any impact felt anywhere, certainly impacts the education sector. Registrations are open for corporate executives to join the Conclave, which will also give them an opportunity to post pertinent questions to experts.
