Today in Ahmedabad, in a crucial contest India beat Iran in a third successive Kabaddi match in Kabaddi World Cup final. Ajay Thakur turned to be hero claiming 12 points in the final. Iran fought valiantly and surprised all taking the lead going in to first half break with 18-13, but Thakur changed the situation in the second half. Nitin Tomar too played well and India’s fantastic defence ensured an Indian win.
