Junior Clerk 1000 vacancies and 9,53,000 applicants appear for GPSSB examination

All preparations have been completed by Gujarat state administration regarding examination of Junior Clerk to be held today. Helpline numbers have also been announced so that students do not face any difficulty in reaching examination centers. Examination will be conducted at all the examination centers amid tight security arrangements.

It is the first and biggest competitive examination to be held today after formation of law against paper leaks was made in Gujarat state. Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board GPSSB will conduct Junior Clerk examination on Sunday today amid a row of paper leaks in the state. Today, 9,53,000 candidates of the state will appear in Junior Clerk examination and appear for written examination. It has been organized at 3000 centers across Gujarat.

Applicants are requested to report for examination at respective centre by 11:45 am.

Hasmukh Patel IPS said that the examination centers have been deliberately kept away so that no irregularities take place in the examination. Gujarat government In February appointed senior IPS officer Hasmukh Patel as chairperson of Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board for holding Junior Clerk examination. There are 1,000 vacancies of Junior Clerk in GPSSB.

IPS Patel also appreciated support by Navsari police and district administration in smooth conduct of the examination through a post on his twitter handle.
