In Junagadh, to curb the rising crime in Junagadh police, LCB Local Crime Branch and SOG Special Opreations Group jointly conducted an operation under guidance of SP Nilesh Janjadia and arrested Rahim alias Antudi with weapons. Rahim was booked for murder and arms deal like offenses. He was arrested with 6 weapons including 2 pistol, 2 domestic pistols and 6 live cartridges.
Recently in Manavadar during wine party firing took place in which one persons was killed. Accused Atik Haider in the incident who was successful in escape was arrested double bore gun.
Presently, 2 criminals with 6 pistols and 6 cartridges have been arrested. Junagadh police is investigating on similr such crimes, their network and information about their aides.
