In continued ceasefire violations along the LoC during past 24 hours, 15 BSF posts were targeted by Pakistani Rangers in Samba Harinagar sectors of Jammu. Today morning, one BSF jawan was killed in firing and 4 Pak trooper were killed in retaliation. As Pakistani rangers suffered casualties, they waved white flags asking BSF to stop the firing so that they can lift the bodies of its dead men.
“We have retaliated effectively to the Pakistani firing, in which four Pakistani rangers have been killed (opposite to Regal post) along the IB in Samba sector this evening,” PTI source.
