For Easter festival, ITC Narmada Ahmedbad the luxury collection property of ITC Hotels, hosted a special Easter Brunch Buffet at its signature restaurant, Adalaj Pavillion. The restaurant was decorated on the theme of Easter during brunch with presence of select guests.
Culinary experts at ITC Narmada had especially prepared a menu for Easter comprising a selection of traditional preparations – making it a perfect mix of Western and Indian Easter Special delicacies in addition to Live Food Stations. Patrons at ITC Narmada indulged in preparations, including Oven roasted lamb, Nutella chocolate cake, Apricot Mango Gateaux, Rasberry Vanilla Gateaux, white forest pettite and lemon pettite.
