Yesterday, a video posted online , al Qaeda chief Ayman al Zawahiri promised spread of Islamic rule and “raise the flag of jihad” in Indian subcontinent.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh had a meeting with the intelligence agencies on security along with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval .Singh said that PMO has been briefed on the issue. He added that the authenticity of the video is still to be verified by the Intelligence Bureau.Government believes that video is authentic and has warned state governments. This matter has been taken very seriously, as per news agency.
