Today afternoon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived at Kyoto, Japan. MOU, a pact between two countries is being signed to  develop Varanasi into a ”smart city” by using the experience of Kyoto, the ”smart city” of Japan. This agreement was one of the agenda of Modi’s Japan visit.
