In Lockdown situation house owner cannot vacate house from tenant says Ahmedabad Collector

Today Ahmedabad Collector KK Nirala addressed a press conference and announced two important decisions in wake of prevailing situation of nationwide 21 days lockdown due to Coronavirus pandemic affecting common man.

Collector Nirala said that House Owners cannot make tenants forcefully vacate the house in prevailing situation, if they are unable to pay rent etc.

Also,Builders to provide shelter and food to laborers working on their site as it is not advisable for them to migrate to other place in public interes added Nirala.

Builder should fulfill this liability0 under section 135 for corporate social responsibility.
