Katti Batti that features Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut in the lead will revolve around live-in relationship and its intricacies.
Here’s the first look of the film and the picture has a very pretty looking Kangna in a green top and a casually dressed Imran Khan with his nerdy specs enjoying funny moments together. Playing the ambitious girl Payal who belongs to a wealthy family in Delhi, Kangna is a modern and independent woman who doesn’t believe in conventional norms. On the other hand, Imran Khan, a middle-class boy from Pune has high aspirations but is very rooted to his traditional values and principles. Trouble brews up in the paradise created by these opposites when their thought processes clash and egos overpower their love for each other. Set to release on the 18th September, the rom-com, we hear, is not your average love story. In fact, it is rather unusual. Kangana says, “It is a very good love story. It is different from the usual love stories that we get to see in Bollywood films. The element of love has been depicted in a different way in that film. The film’s idea and philosophy is very good.” Film is Directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by UTV-Disney.
