Today, in Ahmedabad high alert has been sounded in coastal areas of Gujarat after suspicious movements in Mumbai yesterday. Security agencies have been instructed to keep strict vigil. Additional Director General Tirath Raj said that police has been instructed to strictly monitor suspicious movements along Gujarat coast. After doubtful movement in Mumabi, all top district police officials have been asked to alert. Union Shipping minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that Gujarat Marine Board has asked for permission to intensify 48 ports coming under its territory.
