With unveiling of Sardar Patel’s tallest idol Statue of Unity at Kevadiya Colony, another tourist attraction – valley of flowers, the countless flowers carpet the 17-km area on the bank of Narmada in multi-colored hues of rainbow.
Subsequently a Helipad in the Narmada dam area has been launched for facilitaion of tourists coming to see Statue of Unity.
Tourists will now be able to get aerial view of the site. Delhi based Heritage Aviation Company has started 10 minutes helicopter ride with a charge of Rs 2,900 for one round per tourist.
