Hardik Patel to fast unto death from 25th August in Gandhinagar

Patidar leader and PAAS Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti convener Hardik Patel had earlier announced to go on fast unto death starting from 25th August in Gandhinagar at Satyagrah Chhavani ground.

Application seeking permission to hold fast unto death was made in the name of PAAS Convener to Ahmedabad Police Commissioner and Ahmedabad Collector. Of late, Hardik has been denied to hold fast unto death.

Now Hardik Patel has decided to change the venue and continue fasting from Gandhinagar from his residence. He went to the extent of saying that, even if Hardik will do fasting from the jail for the future of Gujarat farmers and their rights.

As a pre cautionery measures, Section 144 imposed in Ahmedabad for 60 days.
