Today morning Hardik Patel, Patidar leader who went missing on Tuesday night and alleged he was abducted by some unidentified persons, will appear before Gujarat High Court his lawyer said. Hardik went missing from Tejpur of Aravali district on Tuesday, his aides moved a habeas corpus plea through his lawyer, BM Mangukiya, in Gujarat High Court alleging that police had illegally detained him.
In a hearing at a judge’s house that ended at 2.40 AM, Gujarat High Court directed the state government to find Hardik and file a reply by September 24.
