Popularity of web-series has increased significantly in India in last few years with the widespread availability of Internet and Smartphones, rapid spread of social media and unprecedented changes in viewers’ preferences. Today it has been announced to start shooting of Gujarati Web Series “Vaat Vaat Ma”. Popular actor Malhar Thakar and actress Pooja Joshi will be seen in lead roles in the series produced by Bhavesh Upadhyay and Directed by Kartavya Shah. Along with lead stars, actors Chetan Dahiya and Kripa Pandya are also in important roles.
Reacting to this production, producer Bhavesh Upadhyay said, “We are very excited to announce the Gujarati web series” Vaat Vaat Ma “. Today we are seeing a rapid change in the content preferences of viewers and in a situation where there are a very few Gujarati series on the OTT platform, I am confident that our new series will provide a fresh and the best content to the viewers. In addition, viewers are always complaining that the Web Series in other languages on the OTT platform is full of profanity, so our new series can be enjoyed sitting down with all the family members.
”The shooting of this romantic Web Series will be completed in 12 days. There are a total of five episodes of the series and it was shot in Ahmedabad.
