As per Gujarat rain forecast, a cyclonic circulation is currently formed over Gujarat due to which rain is falling in many areas. Today IMD Indian Meteorological Department has predicted what will be the weather in Gujarat for next 7 days. Abount monsoon forecast of Gujarat, it can start even before June 15. There will be scattered rain in the state for next 7 days from today.
Light rain is likely in Valsad, Navsari, Dang, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Dahod, Chotaudepur for first 2 days. Whereas weather of Saurashtra will remain dry and there is no chance of rain in any parts of the region.
Rain will arrive in Saurashtra from third day. Rain is likely at few places in Amreli, Bhavnagar, Gir Sommath of Saurashtra and Panchmahal, Dahod, Chotaudepur, Narmada, Valsad, Navsari, Dang, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli.
On fourth day, light to moderate rain has been predicted in Gandhinagar, Aravli, Kheda, Anand, Panchmahal, Mahisagar, Ahmedabad, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Gir Sommath of Saurashtra region.
In next fifth, sixth and seventh days, there will be rain in all the districts of Gujarat. Whereas in Saurashtra, rain is likely to occur in Rajkot, Porbandar, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Girsommath, Dwarka, Diu on fifth and sixth day. Scattered rain is forecast in all districts of Saurashtra and Kutch on seventh day.
Heavy rains may be recorded in Gujarat in the month of July. This time monsoon season will be very good. Monsoon season will be active till October 25. It is likely to be the longest monsoon season of this decade.
