In Gujarat still Swine Flu cases keep appearing. Today, 230 new cases were registered. In Ahmedabad 105, Surat 29, Kutch 16, Gandhinagar 9, Banaskantha 8, 7 each in Mehsana-Kheda, 6 each in Anand- Bhavnagar-Sabarkantha and 17 in other districts.
Today’s death toll remained 12 with 3 death in Ahmedabad, 2 each in Kutch- Rajkot and 1 each in Jamnagar-Gandhinagar-Surendranagar-Sabarkantha-Panchmahal.
Progressive total become 3337 from January 1 , 2015. Total Death toll reached 219 and number of patients cured became 1945.
Today in Gandhinagar, during 13th Assembly session of Gujarat State opposition leaders of Congress demanded resignation from Nitin Patel over Swine Flu spread in Gujarat. Congress MLAs walked out in the protest from Assembly session shouting slogans and wearing masks.
