Gujarat Swanirbhar School Board of Directors Press Conference was held in Ahmedabad. The current prevalence of English medium in the world may be unavoidable in present times, but due to dominance of English all schools teaching in native language across India are either schools closing down or losing their richness and essence.
Adopted a model of medium which teaches high English along with high Gujarati. As well as Mathematics and Science started teaching these two subjects in mother tongue, going forward only these two subjects (Mathematics and Science) were taught through bilingual medium (English as well as Gujarati) in Standard. Bhulkavihar Bhulkabhavan 29 schools of Surat government formed a committee of 11 experts to study the project, which was started under the guidance of Dr Rais Maniar. The report was positive and at the same time new recommendations of National Education Policy came in line with this method, so government has made a resolution that any private school can start medium of instruction as per their wish.
A press conference has been organized to announce this as well as to inform schools across Gujarat about this new direction.
In this regard press conferenceby Dr. Raish Maniar and representatives of Gujarat Swanirbhar School Board of Directors, Ahmedabad Acharya Sangh and BhulkaVihar School will explain the project to journalists and also gave a press brief.
