Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat  High Court upholds discharge of Asgar Ali the key accused in the Pandya murder case. Ali was acquitted in former Gujarat Home Minister Haren Pandya murder case, from ISI Conspiracy case.

Pandya was murdered in 2003 in Ahmedabad,  when he was sitting in his car  after a morning walk in the Law Garden area.
