In Ahmedabad, BMW hit & run at Vastrapur, accused Vismay Shah was jailed for 5 years by Ahmedabad Rural court. Vismay was sent to Sabarmati jail and asked to give Rs 10 lakhs as compensation to victims Shivam and Rahul. He was charged with a penalty of Rs 25000. Next of verdict on his case, Vismay moved High Court for bail.
Hearing on Vismay’s plea will be held on Monday.
