Gujarat High Court Slammed AMC over Stray Cattle Menace

In response to PIL Public Interest Litigation made in Gujarat High Court, High Court slammed state government over issue of Stray Cattle on streets and difficulty to commuters.

High Court observed that roads are meant for commuters and not for cattle, state government to take necessary steps to handle the issue. It also said that condition of Grazing Land is well known.

Court summoned AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner and Town Planners to update on measures taken to handle the situation.
