Gujarat High Court serves notices to AMC, AUDA on Highrise building norms

In Ahmedabad, in response to PIL at Gujarat High Court about violation of GDCR  by authorities in Ahmedabad during construction of highrise buildings , the court issued notices to AMC and AUDA to file a reply in 2 weeks.

However, AMC lawyer pleaded that it is a gimmick of Engineers and Architects  to earn money, whereas AUDA lawyer said that such complaints are filed by GICE, which plea was not accepted by the court.

Next hearing in the case will be held after 2 weeks.
