Today in Ahmedabad, in response to PIL Public Interest Litigation, Gujarat High Court has made observations on pitiable condition of school students packed in School Vans and auto rickshaws. HC said that school students are mercilessly packed in School Vans and treated like animal.

Gujarat High Court has served notices to state Home Ministry , RTO authorities and Child Protection Commission.

Next hearing will be held on Jan 28.
