Today in Ahmedbad, hearing in Gujarat High Court was held on habeas corpus petition on Patidar leader hardik Patel by Justice M R Shah, who slammed Hardik Patel. Next hering in the case will be held on October 8. Court warned Hardik not to give undue hype to the matter. Also made remarks on morale of Police force. Hardik’s counsel wasd directed to submit concise affidavit, with no provocative points in the summary. He was told that though you were warned of not conducting certain programs, which you still conducted it, such incidents should not be repeated in future. No remarks were made on whether Hardik should communicate with media or not. Hardik was to provide evidence substantiating the petition. Amid tight security hearing on the petition was held by justice Shah. Later, on permission by Justice media was permitted in the campus.
