Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat High Court taking serious view on habeas corpus application of Hardik and asked him to submit a brief version of affidavit filed by his lawyer on the 8th of October. HC had expressed dissatisfaction over lengthy affidavit filed by Hardik and his advocate. HC has asked advocate to submit error free and edited affidavit to the court with any pleas. Hardik has also decided to withdraw his complain of kidnapping by policemen.
Due to important matter in HC today police deployed patrolling teams from SG Highway’s Kargil Chowk to Sola Bhagawat road and had block the route, as a precautionary measure against any untoward incidents of protests or violence by Patidar members, RAF and special women constable too were posted inside and outside the court campus.
Hardik was again scolded by the court today for attending events and gatherings where he has been prohibited to and not to conduct any such activity which would disrupt peace in the society. PAAS and SPG had rejected the Rs.1,000 Crore package for non reserved categories by Gujarat CM by calling it peanuts to the Patels.
