Gujarat HC Observered that road level rises after repairs; pulls up AMC

Today AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation submitted a report  on road repairing and patch work to Gujarat High Court.

During proceedings in the case, Gujarat HC observed that after road repairing level of road rises and adjacent road level gets lowered. hearing started in response to a PIL Public Interest Litigation filed by one Mustak Kadri.
