Gujarat HC non-bailable warrant against TCCI Education Director for cheating on pretext of government job
Today Gujarat High Court issued non-bailable warrant against TCCI Education Director who cheated people on pretext of government job.
High Court issued warrant against Mukesh Patel TCCI Education Director. Also, Mukesh Patel was following the conditions of anticipatory bail.
TCCI Education institute is located in Gandhinagar.
Mukesh used cheat GPSC applicants in the name of government job in Gujarat government. He used to boast of having contacts with Chief Secretary and Gujarat Ministers.
The matter had gone to High Court for violation conditions of anticipatory bail.
