Today afternoon in Ahmedabad city, in Gujarat High Court arguments on bail plea of Patidar leader Hardik Patel was made. PP Public prosecutor Mitesh Amin made arguments in the matter. Amin produced phone recording in the court mention Surat PAAS Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti convenor Alpesh Kathiriya and Dhamil Malviya. As per PP, on suggestion from Hardik Alpesh told Vipul Desai to change his statement. PP produced proof of WhatsApp communication during disturbances in which Alpesh and Hardik’s provocative statements were there.
Hearing on Hardik’s bail plea will be made on Monday
