After protest at large for big penalty for not wearing Helmet by two wheeler riders, instead of reducing the penaly Again Gujarat High Court has made it compulsory to wear helmet for both rider and pillion rider.
State government has not released any notification this regard. Court has directed Transport Executive to file an affidavit.
