Considering demands of real-estate developers, Gujarat government has decided to implement new Jantri rates from April 2025.
About new Jantri rates 6,000 representations including 4900 from rural area have been received. After scrutiny, consultation with stakeholders, it is believed that new rates will come into effect from 1st April 2025 with improvements in Jantri price. Final decision will be made after discussing at CM level.
