Today in Gandhinagar during a Press Conference by State Election Commissioner of Gujarat, Varsh Sinha announced dates of swaraj polls for Municipal Corporations and Nagar Palikas of Gujarat. Elections for 6 Municipal Corporations will be held on November 26, whereas elections for Municipalities, District and Taluka Panchayats will be held on December 1. Model code of conduct has been implemented with announcement of election dates.
