Gujarat Education Board Exam 2025 for Class 10 and Class 12 for Ahmedabad City and District

Total 92,195 students in Ahmedabad city and 73,260 in rural districts will appear for the Board Exams of Class 10 and Class 12. Offices of Ahmedabad City and Rural education officers have ensured complete preparations for the exams to be conducted in a peaceful manner.

Student accommodation has been arranged for 130 Disabled students in Ahmedabad city and 52 Disabled students in the district.

CCTV cameras monitoring enabled at all Examination Centers in Ahmedabad city and district. 21 prisoners of Sabarmati Central Jail will appear for Class 10 and 44 prisoners for Class 12. Complete preparations have made by the Ahmedabad city and district education officers regarding the Board Exams starting in the state from February 27. Total of 92,195 students of Class 10 and 12 will appear for the Board Exams this year in Ahmedabad city, wheras  total  73,260 students will appear for the exams in Ahmedabad rural district.

In Ahmedabad city, 54,616 students in will appear in Class 10 SSC, 29,726 students in Class 12 General Stream and 7,853 students of Class 12 in Science Stream will appear for the Board Exams. Similarly, in Ahmedabad rural district, 46,020 students in Class 10, 21,840 in class 12 General Stream and 5,400 students in Class 12 Science Stream will appear for the Board Exams.

To prevent malpractices and ensure that the exams are conducted in a peaceful manner, the exams will be monitored through CCTV cameras at all 322 Examination Centers in Ahmedabad city and all 245 Examination Centers in Ahmedabad rural district.

Separate ‘CCTV Monitoring Supervisors’ have been appointed at each Examination Center in Ahmedabad rural district for continuous monitoring of CCTV. In Ahmedabad city, arrangements have been made for 130 differently-abled students and 52 students in the district.

For the students of Ahmedabad city, Sarathi Helpline WhatsApp Number 9909922648 and the district Control Room Number 079 27912966 have been identified. Along with this, under the ‘Conversation on Self-Confidence Exam’, guidance will be given by the Subject Teacher and Psychiatrist on solving questions of SSC and HSC subjects and other dobuts.

In Ahmedabad city, this year, 21 prisoners of Sabarmati Central Jail will appear for the Class 10 and 44 prisoners for Class 12 exams. Control Room will remain operational at  Ahmedabad Rural Office till the completion of the exam. In eight SVS centers of Ahmedabad Rural, the SVS Convener will provide services as a Counselor throughout the entire Board Examination. The Telephone Number of the Control Room is 079 27913264.

Also, arrangements have been made in coordination with the Traffic Police, including Strong Rooms, Power Supply, Health Services near the examination center, so that students in Ahmedabad city and district can complete their exams in a peaceful manner.
