Today in Gandhinagar, a big Protest by Congress workers against the removal of CBI Director Alok Verma.
Congress workers were detained for protesting for removal of CBI Director Verma.
The protest was led by former Gujarat Congress President Bharatsinh Solanki, Karsan Soneri, Arjun Modhwadia, Baldevji Thakor, Chetan Raval. The protest was backed by Ahmedabad Youth Congress.
All roads to CBI Gandhinagar office were blocked, police was deployed and CBI office was cordoned off.
The matter ignited with bribe charges on Rakesh Asthana Special CBI director has taken a political shape.
