Gujarat Congress withdraws no confidence motion against assembly speaker.
Initially Both the parties were adamant in their behavior and took legal advice. As talks between Gujarat government and opposition remained positive on discussion of No Confidence Motion against Gujarat Assembly Speaker Rajendra Trivedi and Congress MLAs for 3 years.
Gujarat Congress MLA Shailesh Parmar with support of 70 other MLAs had proposed for No Confidence Motion against Gujarat Assembly Speaker.
Shailesh Parmar has withdrawn his proposal of No Confidence Motion against Gujarat Assembly Speaker.
Gujarat Dy CM Nitin Patel will also withdraw suspension of Congress MLA after internal fight between Congress MLA Pratap Dudhat with BJP MLA Jagdish Panchal recently.
Congress MLAs will be suspended till the end of Assembly Session on 28th March and not for 3 years.
Unanimously proposal of No Confidence Motion against Gujarat Assembly Speaker was withdrawn.
