Gujarat Congress has moved High Court demanding security to Congress leaders quoting recent incident of Dec 22 and 23 at Dahod of setting bus on fire in which Congress partymen were brought to Dahod. Some 26 partymen including 13 women workers had to be kept in Party Office at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan for one and half days.
Senior advocate Babubhai Mangukiya had filed application for Congress. Public prosecutor is Manisha Luvkumar in the case. HC has passed order in the case.
