Today Gujarat Congress has moved High Court requesting to remove Alpesh Thakor from MLA Member of Legislative Assembly status.
Court primafaciely accepts the plea.
Based on plea by Congress High Court has sent notice to Alpesh and Gujarat Assembly Speaker Rajendra Trivedi.
Next hearing will be made on 27th June.
Radhanpur MLA Alpesh has left the party.
