During two days long Monsoon Session of Gujarat Legislative Assembly starting from today in Gandhinagar.
Gujarat Congress leaders and MLAs tried to pay mass tribute to more than 3 lakh victims of Coronavirus pandemic in Gujarat Legislative Assembly and to families of the person who died from Corona. Congress made a proposal for compensation of Rs 4 lakhs and put before the Assembly but BJP government, did not agree to such a proposal.
As a mark of protest, The Congress party walked out of Assembly Session after the proposal was rejected by ruling party. The protest was led by opposition leader Paresh Dhanani.
Congress partymen gathered and shouted slogans demanding justice to Covid victims.
