CM added I welcome impetus given to health sector especially insurance cover for all & provision for dialysis facility in dist hospitals. Setting up of Rurban Clusters, electrification of villages, strong road infra & other initiatives will transform Rural India. Emphasizing on tax reforms,organic-dairy farming,irrigation, welfare of farmers,women and youth Budget 2016 fulfills aspirations of common man.
