CM said while appreciating the budget is focusing on development of rural India, farmers and youth will boost growth, generate employment & opportunities for common man. ‘Standup India’ for aspiring SC/ST and women entrepreneurs, relief on affordable housing will benefit underprivileged sections. Finance Minister’s announcement to provide LPG connections in the name of women was very appreciative.Thrust to digital literacy, quality education and skill training will help our youth to sustain & pursue their ambitions. CM added I welcome impetus given to health sector especially insurance cover for all & provision for dialysis facility in dist hospitals. Setting up of Rurban Clusters, electrification of villages, strong road infra & other initiatives will transform Rural India. Emphasizing on tax reforms,organic-dairy farming,irrigation, welfare of farmers,women and youth Budget 2016 fulfills aspirations of common man.
