Today, Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel spares time out of tight schedules for PBD and Vibrant Summit to inaugurate function of ‘Sparkle 2015′, an International Jems & Jewellery Exhibition in Diamond City of Surat. Anandiben also launched Surat Minicipal Corporation, SMC’s Geographic Information System(GIS) which will help people of Surat to easily access various civic services using Internet.
