Today Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel hoisted Indian Tricolor at Lunawada as a state celebration of 69th Independence Day. CM addressed people of Gujarat and media.
Emphaising on environmental protection, cattle health & cleanliness, have declared Plastic ban across Gujarat added CM.
Anandiben also declared that Mahisagar and Dahod districts will get irrigational water from Kadana Dam. Announced 100 km spreading pipeline under project worth Rs 850 crores which will irrigate 12000 hecter of land. On Skill Development, CM said Skill is the key factor for our youth to empower themselves. Announced 4 new skill centers in Gujarat in PPP mode which will be setup at 4 important locations.
As tribute to freedom fighters, CM Anandiben announced enhanced pension of Rs 4000, in place of Rs 2000given to dependents of freedom fighters.
