The ban will be enforced from 9am to 1pm during the Revenue Talatis (accountants) Recruitment Exam. The exam is being conducted by Gujarat State Subsidiary Selection Board or GSSSB.

Ahmedabad collector Rajkumar Beniwal said the ban was necessary to avoid irregularities such as the 2015 leak of talatis exam paper.
