Gujarat government’s Budget for the financial year 2025-26 will be presented on February 20, commemorating with Gujarat Day. Interim calendar for Gujarat Assembly Budget Session has been announced. The session will initiate with speech of state Governor on first day of the session. Draft Budget Inputs are prepared with the Finance Minister to hold important meeting with Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Sunday. Their meeting will focus on finalising the budget. It is expected to be approximately 10% higher than the previous year.
In Gandhinagar the budget session will open with the Governor’s address, followed by a condolence message in the House.
